How do I delete my account?

Open the Peak app → Me → Settings → Account → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. This is a full deletion (not a deactivation); your data is permanently removed within 30 days, and you can cancel during that window.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password", enter your email, and follow the verification code we send you.

What is a club balance?

Balance is a bookkeeping tool inside each club, managed by the club owner and admins. Peak does not store or transfer money. All payments are private between members and organizers.

How do I report inappropriate content or a user?

Tap the "..." menu on any post, profile, or comment and choose Report. Our team reviews every report.

How do I request a copy of my data?

In the app go to Me → Settings → Account → Export my data, or email us at peak.admin@peakcourt.com.
